Shipping policy

Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.  
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.  

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method selected.  
- Estimated delivery times:  
  - Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days  
  - Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days  
  - Overnight Shipping: 1 business day  

Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.  
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.  

Shipping Restrictions 
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.  
- Certain oversized or fragile items may have additional shipping fees or restrictions.  

Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier.

Returns & Exchanges
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.  
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
